2.1 Service-Based Refunds

For custom web development projects:

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund available within 48 hours of payment if no work has begun
  • During Development Phase: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed and milestone achievements
  • After Project Delivery: No refunds once final deliverables are accepted by the client
  • Consultation Services: Non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted

2.2 Digital Product Refunds

For templates, themes, or digital downloads:

  • 14-day refund period from date of purchase
  • Product must not have been downloaded or accessed
  • Valid reason must be provided for the refund request
  • No refunds after customization or modification

2.3 Subscription Services

For ongoing maintenance or subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no refund for current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
  • Services already rendered are non-refundable

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Project Cancellation by Client

  • Pre-development: 10% cancellation fee of total project cost
  • During development: Payment required for all completed work plus 25% of remaining project cost
  • Final review stage: Full payment required as project is considered complete

3.2 Project Cancellation by 1000xDev

We may cancel a project in cases of:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Scope creep beyond reasonable limits
  • Inappropriate or unprofessional client behavior
  • Request for illegal or unethical work

In such cases, clients will be charged only for work completed to date.

4. Return Policy

Since our services are primarily digital in nature, traditional returns do not apply. However:

  • We offer revision rounds as specified in the project agreement
  • Bug fixes and technical issues are addressed at no additional cost for 30 days post-delivery
  • Minor content updates may be provided free of charge within 7 days of delivery
  • Major changes or new features require a separate agreement

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

5.1 Digital Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally through:

  • Email attachments for files under 25MB
  • Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox) for larger files
  • Direct server access for website deployments
  • Version control systems (GitHub, GitLab) for source code

5.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Simple websites: 5-10 business days
  • Complex web applications: 2-8 weeks depending on scope
  • Digital products: Immediate download upon payment confirmation
  • Consultation reports: Within 48 hours of session completion

Timelines may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and revision requirements.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our website or email within the applicable refund period
  2. Provide your order number, project details, and reason for refund
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review of your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project completion
  • Failure to provide necessary content or feedback in a timely manner
  • Requests made outside the specified refund periods
  • Services already fully rendered or consumed
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Requesting refund for technical difficulties on the client's end

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first to discuss the matter. We are committed to finding amicable solutions that work for both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.
