Custom work created for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, 1000xDev retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
6. Project Delivery and Acceptance
Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to scope modifications, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients have 14 days from delivery to report any issues. After this period, deliverables are considered accepted unless major functionality issues are discovered.
7. Limitation of Liability
1000xDev's liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1000xDev from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid invoices become immediately due, and access to our services may be suspended.
